Then you have to say ‘customer service.’.You'll probably wait on hold. 7. Enter your social security number’s last four digits. 8. If you don’t get a real person to talk to, try this number: 800-526-3178. 9. After getting connected to those numbers you'll have to follow prompts, but will likely end up speaking to a person.
